The EDBT/ICDT 2018 registration fee includes participation in the conference, workshops, coffee breaks, lunches and one ticket for each of the social events.

Please note that a workshop-only registration is NOT possible.

Due to restrictions of the registration site, you can order 1 extra ticket per social event at most. In case you need more than 1 extra ticket for any of the social events, please order them by e-mail: .

Please note that cancellations of the registration are not possible after 26 February 2018.

Registration Procedure

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. On the registration form, you will be asked about your attendance at the social events, as well as your planned arrival and departure at the conference. Please provide accurate information in order to help the local organizers in optimizing the planning of EDBT/ICDT 2018.

Support Letters for VISA

If you need a VISA for attending the conference, please send an e-mail to , providing the following information:
  • Name (as stated on your passport) and mailing address
  • Residential address
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number and country of citizenship
  • Business e-mail and website of your organization
  • For authors of papers accepted for the joint conference or workshops: title and alphanumeric ID of the paper
We will send you your VISA support letter as a pdf via e-mail.
